1. Introduction and Acceptance These Terms govern your use of sealtechroof.com and any related services (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Our Services SEAL TECH provides information about roof restoration systems and connects homeowners with certified contractors. We also allow contractors to apply for certification to purchase SEAL TECH products and offer our warranties. Future features may include contractor user accounts for managing leads and profiles.

We do not perform roofing work ourselves and make no guarantees about the quality, pricing, or performance of any contractor’s services.

3. User Accounts (Contractors) Contractor accounts (when available) require accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

To become a certified contractor, you must complete required training and certification, provide proof of insurance and licensing, and comply with our standards. We do not charge application fees. There are no exclusivity requirements.

4. Contractor Obligations and Our Rights Certified contractors may purchase SEAL TECH products and offer our warranties after certification. We reserve the right to stop supplying products to any contractor with repeated poor performance or excessive negative reviews after discussion.

If we choose to sell leads, additional terms may apply and will be provided separately.

5. User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in inquiries or applications.
  • Upload harmful files or infringe intellectual property.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, logos, roof system information) is owned by or licensed to SEAL TECH. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

7. Disclaimers The Site and services are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any roofing work performed by contractors or for any damages arising from your use of the Site or interactions with contractors.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEAL TECH and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your interactions with contractors.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

We encourage informal resolution first via email.

11. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason.

12. Miscellaneous If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
